Food Handler's Card Info

Info for the folks who need Food Handler's Card so they can prepare/serve foot at our 4th of July kielbasa stand.

In the directory, under Community Services you will find: Health Services. Click on it.

In the column on the left side of the page, click on: Food Safety.

· The 4th of July Chair needs to go to this website to get a “Temporary Food Permit” application so we can legally sell kielbasas during the 4th of July parade. Phil, there is a $45 application fee -- $45 if paid at least 8 days before the event, more if we apply at the last minute.

Those who will be handling food should click on “Washington State Food Worker Manual” and review the materials. This is what you will be tested on at the Health Department.
